Super impressed with BPC. They moved as quick as they could with our Home Warranty. they were great with communication and went over everything they were doing. The technician explained all of the changes, why they were needed.I hope to never need this service again to replace our hot water heater but if I need anything plumbing related I will be calling Bass Plumbing. I cannot express how friendly everyone was and willing to explain to me the process over and over.

I've had two great experiences with this company with two different plumbing issues! Person answering the phones is very nice and tentative, the technician that came out both times is really nice and I can tell this company strives to be the best. They are honest and do not try to upsell or attempt to misguide customer. My home warranty company sent Bass plumbing out twice within about a month for two different issues. The first time they came out was due to a expansion tank that was leaking right above the water heater. They called me while the technician was on the way and told me that the expansion tank was not covered, but they came out anyway upon my request to take a look to see if anything else was going on with the hot water heater. I said that was fine and I knew my service fee would not be refunded which was fine. They said they could fix it for a fee or I could do it myself if I knew how to. I was happy to have them come over and take a look at what was going on and make sure the hot water heater was not having issues. I was able to replace the expansion tank myself with little effort. The second time they came out was the guest shower did not have hot water due to water valve being plugged from hard water deposits. Same technician came out looked at it and got a new cartridge and was out the next day. I would highly recommend this company! They are very friendly and do great work in a very timely manner!

We have used Bass Plumbing 3-4 times over the past 3 years. Extremely efficient, friendly, and qualified. Every visit they are in and out within 15 minutes or less with problem fixed permanently..

We’ve used this service provider before and were very pleased with their work. BUT this time they failed to follow through to complete the job. All that was needed was a faucet replacement. They never set up a follow up appointment and even after calling them twice, we never heard back from them.

Efficient, professional, and effective! The ultimate trifecta for any service. Would absolutely hire Bass again for any future plumbing issues (and wish I had hired them first instead of wasting time and money on other plumbers).

Seemed lovely at first. Unfortunately, after our service appointment, they failed to submit the authorization form to our Home Warranty Company. For those mentioning it could be the fault of the Warranty Company, in this situation it certainly was not. Our Warranty Company reached out to them every day and was met with "We will submit it this afternoon." Eventually Bass stopped answering phone calls and never reached out to anyone. Our Warranty Company was wonderful and attempted to work with Bass several times before assigning us to a new plumber. Bass completely wasted everyone's time and I would absolutely not recommend them.

Because you can’t leave no stars. My home warranty selected this company and I will never except them again. I stated in every conversation that I felt it was under the house or from the meter, since my water company alerted me. I checked all sinks, tub, toilet, water heater for drips, leaks or puddles..nothing. The gentleman never gave me his name, but he was not very polite. I understand I’m Not a Plumber. But don’t try to take the easy road just cause you don’t feel like crawling under the house, yet you knew about it. He left after 14 minutes after taking 2 pictures of my crawl space n deck, never touched anything just stated he would contact the warranty to see where to go from here. I asked if he couldn’t do it, since I felt he had no intentions could he recommend a company. If you do not have the equipment or desire to check out possible causes then don’t take the customers money and waste their time. I still have a leak, costing me money n now have to wait for your report to my home warranty before I can move forward. I still need a plumber willing to listen to the customer, check out difficult or dirty possibly and do a job they received money for.

Great experience here. Reported to our Home Warranty company that our garbage disposal was leaking and not turning on. Bass Plumbing was assigned our service request and was here Thursday afternoon. The technician saw it was leaking and had a new one in place just 15 minutes later!
